The App provides phone number identification and lookup services. To access these services, the App creates a unique user account using your phone number and device identifier. This data is encrypted to maintain account integrity. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for the activity on your account.

3. Proper Use of Service

You agree to use the lookup service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the data for harassment, stalking, or illegal activities.
• Scraping or bulk-downloading data from our lookup database.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the encryption methods used for account creation.

4. Accuracy of Information (Disclaimer)

The materials and data provided by the App are on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, Frawlla software does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the names or data identified through the phone lookup service.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Frawlla software be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
